Post Treatment Care
Post-treatment care for your XERF skin-tightening session is simple and designed to protect your results as collagen remodeling begins.
Avoid direct sun exposure, heat, and strenuous activity for the first 24–48 hours to keep the skin calm and prevent irritation. Mild redness or warmth is common immediately after treatment and typically resolves within a few hours, although sensitivity can last up to 1–2 days depending on the treated area.
For the first week, use only gentle, fragrance-free cleansers and moisturizers, and avoid exfoliants, retinol, acids, scrubs, or active skincare.
Apply SPF 30 or higher every day, and avoid makeup for 24 hours or until the skin feels fully settled.
